What is Gratitude?

How Can Youth Show Gratitude?
Expressing Thanks: Verbally thanking friends, family, teachers, or anyone who has helped them.
Writing Notes: Creating thank-you notes or letters to express appreciation for gifts, support, or guidance.
Acts of Kindness: Performing small acts of kindness in return, such as helping someone with a task or volunteering.
